BEFORE YOU START

Install in a shaded, dry area when the vehicle and emblem are cool to the touch.

Best surface temperature: 60–85°F / 16–29°C

Avoid applying vinyl to a hot vehicle, in direct sunlight, during high humidity, or immediately after using tire shine, wax, detailing sprays, or other products that may leave residue.

CLEAN THE SURFACE

Thoroughly clean the emblem or application area with rubbing alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Remove all dirt, wax, oils, and detailing products. Allow the surface to dry completely.

Avoid glass cleaners such as Windex because they can leave residue behind.

PRESS THE TRANSFER TAPE

Before removing the backing, firmly rub over the entire decal with a credit card, squeegee, or similar flat tool. Pay special attention to small pieces, corners, and edges.

REMOVE THE BACKING

Turn the decal over and slowly peel the backing paper away at a sharp angle. The vinyl should remain attached to the clear transfer tape.

ALIGN BEFORE PRESSING

Position the decal over the emblem before allowing the adhesive to fully touch the surface. Once aligned, lightly secure the center first.

APPLY FROM THE CENTER OUT

Using a card or squeegee, firmly press from the center toward each side. Work slowly and apply firm pressure across the entire decal, especially around edges, corners, curves, and small details.

REMOVE THE TRANSFER TAPE

Slowly peel the clear transfer tape back at a sharp diagonal angle. If any portion starts to lift, press the area firmly again and continue slowly.

FINAL PRESS

Once the transfer tape has been removed, press firmly over the entire decal with your fingers or a soft cloth. Pay extra attention to all edges and corners.

LET IT CURE

Keep the decal dry and avoid touching, washing, or rubbing it for at least 24 hours. Maximum adhesive strength develops over approximately 48–72 hours.

FOR LONGEST LIFE

Avoid automatic car washes, pressure washing directly against the decal, brushes, abrasive cleaners, and aggressive scrubbing. Gentle hand washing is recommended.

Yes. Use rubbing alcohol and a clean, lint-free cloth to remove dirt, fingerprints, oils, wax, tire shine, detailing products, and other residue. Allow the surface to dry completely before applying the decal or skin.
Common causes include installing on a hot surface, wax or oil remaining on the surface, not applying enough pressure, exposing the decal to water too soon, or not allowing enough time for the adhesive to cure. Firmly press the decal again, especially around the edges, and allow it to remain dry while it cures.
Wait at least 24 hours before exposing a newly installed decal to water. For the strongest adhesive bond, allow approximately 48–72 hours before washing the vehicle.
Gentle hand washing is recommended for the longest decal life. Automatic brushes and high-pressure water directed at decal edges may cause premature lifting.
