Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

• Orders (excluding custom prints) placed Monday-Friday before 10AM CST will be shipped out same day. Orders after 10AM CST ship out next day.
• Weekend Purchases (after 10AM CST Friday -Sunday) will ship out Monday (excluding federal holidays).
• The first day the order ships DO NOT count as a business day. One business day is next day of service.
• Custom prints (ex: banners, car magnets, yard signs, etc.) can take 2-5 business days to prepare prior to shipment. For detailed information, send us a chat or email at: info@battskins.com.

Once shipped, most domestic packages take about 2-5 business days to arrive. More shipping options are available during checkout for expedited shipping as fast as 1-2 business days!

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please check your spam folder if necessary.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Ground Advantage (free for orders $25+).

Priority (1-3 business day estimate)

Priority Mail Express: guaranteed 1 to 2 day delivery to most U.S. addresses by 6 PM, with a money-back guarantee.

International Shipping

We ship to over 180 countries worldwide (with certain country exclusions).

Please note: All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means we ensure your order is safely delivered to your country, but you, the buyer, are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by your local customs office before delivery can be completed.

If these fees are not paid within the time frame given by your local carrier or customs office, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, we can either reship the order (subject to new shipping charge) or refund the product cost once the package is received back—original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Re-Shipping & Wrong Address: 

If an order needs to be reshipped due to an error in the shipping address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee may apply. Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid this charge.

If your package is refused or unable to be delivered due to issues with the provided address, you may incur a shipping fee ($6.50 domestic & ~$20USD for international) or a 20% restocking fee for any returns or reshipments.
