Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Free Return Eligibility/Re-Stocking Fees: 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, packaged, and in its original seal. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned which are not in their original packaging will be inspected in a case-by-case basis and can incur a restock fee of 20% or denied return if item is opened/used.

If your order has an error at the fault of the company, returns will be Free Return Shipping. If you purchased redo at checkout they will cover you return label. If not, you will be able to purchase your own label through the portal

Re-Shipping & Wrong Address: 

If your package is refused or unable to be delivered due to issues with your provided shipping address, you may incur a shipping fee ($6.50 domestic, ~$20USD international, varies for expedited shipping) or a 20% restocking fee for any returns or reshipments.

Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid this. Once your order is returned back to sender, we will reach out to you and confirm re-shipment details.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not always be accepted.

Lost, Late, or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you experience any shipping issues, including missing, lost, or stolen packages, and you have purchased Guide Package Protection, please contact Route at: https://app.guideprotection.com/.

If you did not purchase Guide Package Protection, please email us as soon as possible at info@battskins.com. We will do our best to assist you, but BattSkins is not responsible for offering replacements or refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged packages due to shipping. Shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) do not provide refunds to us for lost or delayed shipments.

After 60 days from the marked delivery date, we are no longer able to contact shipping carriers to confirm deliveries or request refunds, as the window to raise a claim has ended.

To ensure protection for your order, we highly recommend purchasing Guide Package Protection at checkout. This coverage guarantees eligibility for refunds or replacements due to shipping-related issues.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like final sale items or used items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized items, final sale items, or gift cards.

We strongly recommend purchasing Guide Shipping Insurance. If your item was lost, damaged, or stolen, we are not responsible to replace it or provide a refund. Please note, all packages that were purchased with Route Insurance, are eligible for a replacement in the case of a lost, damaged, or stolen package.

Refunds:

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1 business day of the approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
